WHAT IS THIS ACTUALLY FOR?

Not a screensaver gimmick. This is an ambient display engine with built-in sound. Here is who runs it and how.

◆ FOCUS SCREEN

Full-screen it on a second monitor while you work. The procedural hum + rain clicks are a built-in white-noise machine. FREEFALL scene, sound on, and the room disappears. Scene and volume are remembered so it is one click every morning.

◆ STREAM AND VIDEO BACKDROP

Capture the tab in OBS for "starting soon" screens, intros, or a full background layer. Zen mode (H) hides the interface so the frame is 100% rain. Red pill mode flips the whole set red for alert segments. MIRROR puts your own face in the code for reaction clips.

◆ SCREENSAVER FOR ANY SCREEN

Old tablet, spare TV, hallway monitor: open the page, press F, done. No install, no account, works offline once loaded. Quality selector lets weak hardware run STANDARD while a 4K TV runs ULTRA.

◆ OFFICE AND SHOP DISPLAYS

IT companies, security teams, repair shops, agencies: put it on the lobby or window screen. It says "we are technical" louder than any poster. MEGACITY on a vertical screen is a statement piece.

◆ PARTY AND EVENT VISUALS

Projector plus HYPERDRIVE or STORM equals instant venue. LAN nights, Halloween, escape rooms, themed parties. The Konami code on the big screen is the crowd moment.

◆ WIND-DOWN AMBIENCE

FREEFALL at low volume is a slow 3D glyph field with a deep bass pulse every eight seconds. Lights off, zoom in slightly, HUD hidden. Better than a fireplace loop.

WHAT MAKES THIS ONE HIT DIFFERENT

Most matrix rain online is a canvas gimmick. This one uses the same shader Rezmason spent years polishing (used in production for films, ads, museum installations), then we bolted the missing atmosphere on top.

◆ CRT REALISM

Scanlines, film grain, chromatic aberration, vignette, and 60Hz mains flicker. It looks like the rain is being pumped through an early-2000s Trinitron.

◆ PROCEDURAL AUDIO

Server-room ambient hum, filtered noise bed, character-tick clicks, and a deep 42Hz bass pulse every eight seconds. All generated live in WebAudio, no external files.

◆ 21 SCENES

Every film version (Classic, Operator, Nightmare, Paradise, Resurrections, Trinity, Morpheus...) plus custom builds: Neo Flight, Hyperdrive, Freefall, Storm, Gothic Rain, Glitchfall. Press M for the picker.

◆ TRUE VOLUMETRIC 3D

Six scenes render the glyphs with real depth, slowly flying toward your eyes. Hyperdrive triples the approach speed. This is the part no canvas copy can do.

◆ UHD RENDERING

Quality selector drives the shader's internal resolution up to 2x your display's native pixel density, with denser glyph columns to match. Press Q to cycle Standard, Native, UHD, Ultra.

◆ MIRROR MODE

Your webcam feed rendered in living code glyphs. Runs 100% locally in your browser, nothing recorded, nothing uploaded. The single best party trick in the toolbox.

◆ BOOT SEQUENCE

Terminal boot log fades in before the rain starts. It sets the mood before the shader kicks. Small detail, massive vibe.

◆ RED PILL MODE

Press R (or type the Konami code) to swap green for a bloody red palette. Everything hue-shifts, including the boot log and HUD.

◆ THE WHITE RABBIT

Every 90 seconds, a random message fades in at the top: "wake up, neo", "knock knock", "there is no spoon". Never in the same order twice.

◆ TRUE FULLSCREEN

Press F for browser fullscreen. Kills every other pixel on your screen. Best watched in a dark room, headphones optional.

◆ NO TRACKING, NO SIGNUP

Zero backend. Nothing sent anywhere. Open the page, get lost. Works offline once loaded.
