SevinHub is my personal cybersecurity + automation lab - a place where I build tools, test ideas, and publish case-study-ready work while growing from SOC into penetration testing.

I’m based in Belgium. Long-term, everything I build feeds into a bigger life goal: creating a sustainable, vegan, eco-friendly farm with my partner.

I'm a 26-year-old tech enthusiast living in Belgium, building a long-term personal brand and ecosystem under the name SEVIN. My journey combines cybersecurity, web development, and entrepreneurship.

Currently, I'm on a Cybersecurity path as a junior SOC Analyst. I specialize in analyzing phishing emails, monitoring security alerts, and handling initial incident response. This hands-on experience is the foundation as I work toward becoming a penetration tester.

I'm also a web developer and a no-code/low-code builder. I create modern landing pages, portfolios, and simple business websites, and I personally deploy them on my own hosting. In other words, I love bringing ideas to life on the web, end-to-end.

As an entrepreneur, I'm building what I like to call the SEVIN "empire" – a collection of websites, tools, Telegram bots, mini-apps, and experiments around crypto, automation, and AI-powered services. I'm always tinkering with new tech and ideas, integrating them into my ecosystem.

On a personal note, I'm future-oriented and passionate about sustainability. My partner and I dream of running a vegan, eco-friendly farm someday, and I see my tech career and projects as a stepping stone towards that long-term vision.

Cybersecurity Journey

I’m building strong fundamentals in detection and response: careful triage, clear escalation notes, and continuous hands-on labs. My next step is to deepen scripting and move gradually from defense into ethical offense (penetration testing).

Details (SOC path & learning focus)

I entered the cybersecurity world driven by curiosity and a desire to protect. I started with self-study and labs, learning the basics of networking and security fundamentals. Now, I'm working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment where I handle real-world incidents every day.

In my current role as a Junior SOC Analyst (Tier 1), I perform tasks like monitoring SIEM alerts, analyzing suspicious emails and URLs for phishing attempts, and triaging incidents for escalation. Each case is a learning opportunity, sharpening my threat detection skills and understanding of attack patterns.

I'm continuously leveling up: honing my scripting skills to automate parts of my analysis, studying for industry certifications, and practicing in cyber ranges. My goal is to transition from defense to offense – moving into penetration testing in the near future. Ultimately, I aim to become a well-rounded security expert who can both build and break systems (ethically) to make them stronger.

This journey is just beginning, and I'm embracing every challenge along the way. With each phishing email analyzed or incident resolved, I'm one step closer to my vision of being a top-tier cybersecurity professional.

A chess project with AI gameplay and a coin-style economy built as a sandbox for game logic, UI, and user accounts. No real-money processing.

SVScan - Trust Scanner

A lightweight URL/email checker concept: quick signals, basic reputation checks, and safe “triage-first” thinking. Built to support SOC-style analysis workflows.

SevinHub Auth + Dashboard

Secure authentication system with a private SOC-style dashboard. Includes account security, optional 2FA, session protection, and live activity monitoring. The dashboard acts as a central environment where tools are delivered, platform activity is observed, and system behavior can be analyzed. Inspired by real internal security and admin systems.

Dashboards & Automations

Practical internal dashboards built to explore real operational and security workflows. Includes live analytics, visitor tracking, activity monitoring, and experimental security telemetry. These systems help me understand how real platforms observe activity, detect patterns, and present meaningful insights.

My first personal website that launched the SEVIN identity. I built se-vin.com from scratch as a home for my portfolio and blog. It's the predecessor to SevinHub and was my playground for learning web development and personal branding.

Freelance Website Projects

I've created modern, responsive websites for a few local entrepreneurs – from a photographer’s portfolio to a small e-commerce landing page. These projects were built with a combination of WordPress and custom tweaks, proving that even a small online presence can make a big difference for a business.

Telegram Crypto Bot

An experimental Telegram bot that fetches cryptocurrency prices and sends alerts. This project combines my scripting skills and interest in automation. It's a simple Python script behind the scenes, but it taught me a lot about APIs and real-time data handling.

AI Image Generator Tool

A mini web app I’m tinkering with that uses an AI model to generate images from text prompts. It's a work in progress in the SEVIN Lab, blending my interests in web development and AI. The goal is to make a simple interface for anyone to create art with AI tech.

Roadmap & Future Vision

The journey ahead is as exciting as the progress so far. Here's a look at where I'm headed:

Cybersecurity Path: I'm aiming to deepen my expertise by earning certifications (and more hands-on experience). The next steps include certifications like CompTIA Security+ and OSCP, moving up to Tier 2 SOC roles, and eventually transitioning into a penetration tester role. Long-term, I see myself leading security initiatives or teams, helping organizations stay one step ahead of cyber threats.
SEVIN Projects Growth: I plan to expand the SEVIN ecosystem with more tools and apps. This could mean launching a useful SaaS tool, contributing to open-source projects, or building a community around cybersecurity education. I want each year to bring at least one notable project or service release under the SEVIN name.
Sustainable Future: All of this tech hustle feeds into a personal dream: creating a sustainable, vegan, eco-friendly farm with my partner. In the future, I envision blending technology with green living – using smart farming tech, solar power, and automation to run an efficient farm. SevinHub and my tech career are laying the financial and knowledge groundwork for this ultimate goal.
