By accessing or using SevinHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
All digital products sold on SevinHub are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type purchased:
All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the product has a significant defect that cannot be resolved through support. To request a refund, contact us at contact@sevinhub.com with your order details.
Bank transfer payments are activated within 1–2 business days after confirmation of receipt.
Paid products include free updates for the period specified in the product listing (typically 1–3+ years). Support is provided via the support ticket system and is subject to reasonable response times based on the severity of the issue.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Sellers who list products on the Platform agree that all products are their original work, do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and meet quality standards. SevinHub reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at its discretion.
The SevinHub platform, branding, design, and original content are the intellectual property of SevinHub. Product source code remains the property of its respective authors, licensed to buyers as described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevinHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the Platform. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is explicitly stated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email or a site notice.
