QRMenu Pro - Smart Restaurant QR Menu
QRMenu Pro v4.3 is a complete self-hosted QR code restaurant menu, ordering, WhatsApp ordering, thermal receipt printing, and restaurant management system built for restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, hotels, bakeries, pastry shops, and small food businesses.
Customers can scan a QR code at the table, browse the digital menu, view rich product galleries, read detailed item descriptions and ingredients, add products to cart, select modifiers, write special requests, and place orders directly from their phone.
Restaurants can receive orders through the built-in order dashboard, kitchen display system, lightweight POS terminal, or directly through WhatsApp ordering, making it easier for small businesses to manage orders without needing complicated external systems.
The system now includes a richer visual experience with custom backgrounds, gradients, fonts, patterns, multiple photos per item, optional nutrition information, and Progressive Web App (PWA) support for a more modern mobile-first restaurant experience.
Staff can manage menu items, categories, tables, QR codes, orders, kitchen workflow, promotions, payments, loyalty rewards, analytics, WhatsApp order settings, thermal receipt printers, and appearance customization from a modern and polished admin dashboard.
QRMenu Pro v4.3 also includes advanced thermal receipt printer support with clean 80mm and 58mm receipt layouts, kitchen ticket printing, ESC/POS support, RawBT integration, browser printing, and network IP printing support for restaurants and cafés that want professional receipt printing directly from the system.
The system is built with PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, and Vanilla JavaScript, making it compatible with shared hosting, cPanel hosting, VPS servers, and private server environments.

- Download and extract the main ZIP file.
- Upload the project files to your hosting account, for example public_html/menu/.
- Create a MySQL database and database user from cPanel, Plesk or your hosting panel.
- Open the installer in your browser: https://yourdomain.com/menu/install/
- Follow the installation steps: requirements check, database connection, restaurant details and admin account.
- After installation, log in to the admin panel.
- Update restaurant settings, logo, opening hours, payment settings and appearance.
- Add or edit categories, menu items, modifiers, tables and QR codes.
- Print the generated QR codes and place them on restaurant tables.
- Place a test order from the customer menu and verify it appears in the admin and kitchen display.
- For security, delete or restrict the install folder after setup.
Important: Full installation, configuration and basic usage documentation is included in the main ZIP file.

Does this work on shared hosting?
Yes. QRMenu Pro runs on standard PHP shared hosting - no Node, no special server needed.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Guests just scan the QR code and the menu opens in their browser instantly.
Can I take orders and payments?
Yes. Ordering, table management, a kitchen display and payments are all built in.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes. Add language variants in settings and the whole storefront switches.
Can I customize the branding and design?
Yes. Full source code is included, plus admin controls for the hero, colors, fonts and layout.
Is it a one-time purchase?
Yes. You buy it once, host it yourself, and own it for life - no monthly fees.
**New admin controls (Settings → Appearance → Hero)**
- Logo + Name vertical position slider: move the hero overlay up or down
- Top pills height slider: shrink or enlarge the Location / Language / WiFi buttons
- Top pills vertical offset: push them lower so they don't clash with your browser bar
- "Powered by…" inscription at hero top-left with optional admin-set URL
**General**
- Sticky-header name can now differ from the hero title (Settings → General)
- Restaurant description preserves paragraph breaks in the drawer and footer
- Address / phone / email in the footer card now stack one per row on mobile so the phone icon no longer glues against the city name
- URLs in item descriptions auto-link (clickable, opens in new tab)
- Upsell row matches the modifier row in padding, size and checkbox alignment
