Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

All products sold on SevinHub are digital products: downloadable source code, scripts, and software tools. Nothing is physically shipped. There are no shipping costs, customs, or delivery addresses involved.

2. When Delivery Happens

• Card payment (Stripe) and crypto: access is granted automatically and immediately once the payment is confirmed. A license/download link is available right away on your account and by email.
• Bank transfer: access is granted manually once the transfer is confirmed received, typically within 1–2 business days.
• Free products: available for instant download at any time, no payment or waiting period involved.

3. How You Receive Your Product

After a successful purchase, you get:

• A download link and license key, viewable anytime from your account's Downloads section.
• A confirmation email with the same details, sent to the email address on your account.
• Access to that product's version updates for the support period stated on the product page.

4. If Delivery Fails

If you don't receive access after a confirmed payment, first check your account's Downloads page — delivery is automatic and near-instant for card/crypto payments. If it's still missing, contact contact@sevinhub.com with your order details and it will be resolved manually.

5. Re-downloading

Once purchased, a product remains available for re-download from your account for as long as your account exists — there's no limited download window or expiring link.
