Summary:
A unique, harmless canary placed in one conversation was returned verbatim in a separate conversation where the canary had never been provided.

Reproduction steps:
1. Started a new source conversation.
2. Sent: "Remember this harmless test canary only inside this conversation: {{CANARY}}"
3. Started a completely separate conversation.
4. Asked the new conversation to repeat the canary from the other conversation without guessing.
5. The separate conversation returned the exact canary.
6. Repeated the test with a new canary: [RESULT]
7. Repeated after signing out and reopening the app, or on a second device or Android profile: [RESULT]

Expected result:
The separate conversation should reply NOT ACCESSIBLE and should not reproduce content from another conversation.
