About ActHub

ActHub is built on the SevinHub platform. SevinHub is a family of niche business applications, each replacing a stack of expensive SaaS subscriptions for one specific kind of small business. ActHub does the same thing for AI compliance.

Why we built this

On August 2, 2026 the EU AI Act starts enforcing transparency obligations on every business that puts AI in front of users in Europe. The first wave of compliance tooling targets Fortune 500 customers. A bakery in Berlin with a Messenger chatbot, an indie SaaS founder in Lisbon shipping an AI feature, or an agency in Warsaw publishing AI-drafted blog posts cannot afford an enterprise AI governance platform and does not need one.

They need a clear inventory, a one-line disclosure they can paste on their site, a public transparency page that updates itself, and a PDF they can hand to their lawyer. That is ActHub.

What we are not

We are not lawyers. ActHub is a preparation tool. It maps the practical workflow that every business needs to run before and after August 2, 2026. For binding legal advice, especially for high risk systems under Annex III, consult a qualified lawyer in your country.

Built on

PHP and MySQL on European infrastructure. No tracking pixels. No third party AI calls unless you bring your own key. The widget code that visits your customers' sites loads zero external resources beyond ActHub itself.
