Use of ActHub

ActHub is provided as a compliance preparation tool. By creating an account you confirm that you will use the service for lawful purposes and that you will not abuse the platform or its widgets.

No legal advice

Nothing in ActHub is legal advice. The tool helps you prepare an inventory, a checklist, disclosures, and a dossier. For binding opinions, especially on high risk systems under Annex III, you must consult a qualified lawyer in your country.

Liability

ActHub is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, or fines that may arise from your use of the service.

Subscription and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your settings. We offer a 14 day refund on first payment for any reason.
