What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash, organisation name, country.
• AI inventory data: the AI systems you record, with the descriptions and notes you write.
• Usage: timestamps of logins and key actions for audit purposes.
• Widget telemetry: a per-show counter and the referring page URL when your widget displays on a visitor site. We never store the visitor IP or any personal identifier.

Where we store it

European infrastructure by default. Your data does not leave the EU unless you explicitly enable a cross-region export.

Your AI key (BYOK)

If you save an API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or 1min.ai inside the AI Drafter, we encrypt it at rest with AES-256-GCM. Drafting calls go directly from our server to your provider. We do not log the prompt or the response content.

Your rights

You can export your inventory at any time from the dossier page. You can delete your account by emailing support@sevinhub.com.
